Floors, Walls and Ceilings
EPS cladding can be used in both renovations and new construction as it is compatible with timber, steel framing and masonry structures. Exterior Wall Panels Installation Process
When you have all the preparations for your exterior siding installation, now begin the siding installation process:
Set up the Lines:Simultaneously lift the wall panels and mounting accessories to the position ready for installation.
Apply Cement Anti-Crack Mortar:Apply cement-resistant mortar to the grooves of the floor and wall panels.
Install EPS Cement Composite Wall Panels:Assemble the mortar filled EPS cement wall panels into the correct position. Then use a crowbar to level the bottom of the wall panel to make it flat and tight. It is then secured with wooden wedges using a hammer, and the wall panels and floor or ceiling are reinforced with L-shaped steel.
Wall Panel Cutting:Use an electric handsaw to cut to desired size. And use 180mm (length) * 6mm (diameter) steel bars to enter the two wall panels from a 45-degree angle.
Fix the Wall Panels:Use an aluminum ruler to check the level of the siding and make any necessary adjustments.
Grouting and Filling with Anti-Crack Cement Mortar:Check the gaps between the panels, the floor and the suspended ceiling. If there are any gaps, fill them with anti-crack mortar.
Apply Anti-Crack Tape:Anti-cracking tape will be applied where the wall panels and ceiling join.
Grooving and Wiring:Set up lines where concealed wires and switch boxes need to be set up, then use an electric handsaw to cut grooves in the wallboard, and fill them with mortar after installation.
Install Door and Window Frames:Reserve enough space according to the size of the doors and windows, and then install the EPS exterior wall panels.
Install Tile:Directly decorate these EPS exterior walls with plaster, wallpaper, ceramic tiles and other coatings.
3 Mistakes to Avoid When Cleaning EPS Sandwich Exterior Wall Panels
It is necessary to clean the EPS sandwich exterior wall panels to remove dirt, dust and corrosive substances from the surface and restore its appearance. Here are a few things to remember and avoid when cleaning and washing panels:
Concentrated Cleaners and Solvents
Clean the panel with clean water and a mild cleaning solution such as a mild detergent or household cleaner. Avoid using harsh cleaning products that contain chlorine, bleach, ammonia, and concentrations higher than those recommended by the manufacturer. Concentrated cleaners and other solvents can cause irreparable damage to the surface of sandwich panels and cause oxidation of metal insulation panels. The concentration of the cleaning solution should not exceed 5%. Also, never mix cleaning products as this may cause unwanted chemical reactions and damage the panel.
Abrasive Cleaning Tools

White spirit is very effective for removing oil or grease stains, followed by rinsing with water.
Excessive Cleaning and Cooking
Over-cleaning can damage the finish of your exterior siding. Wipe the panel with a non-abrasive solution to remove traces of dirt and dust. Clean with warm water and a mild or low-strength cleaning solution to avoid over-dilution of the product. Rinse with clean water. If used incorrectly, high-pressure water lines and steam cleaning can damage panel coatings due to increased heat and pressure. Maintain a minimum safe distance of 30cm and recommend temperatures below 70 degrees Celsius. Pay attention to cleaning the panel seams to avoid water accumulation in the seams.
