INSTALLATION PROCESS


1. Set the base line and carry the panel to position
Clean the ground, infrared positioning , make base lines on the position , one worker carry the panel or two workers carry the panel to the right position.

2. Saw the panel
Use hand-hold electric cutter saw the panel according to the specification of the wall.

3. Mix adhesive and put it on the line and panels groove
Mix the cement adhesive by water according to a specific proportion , put the mixed adhesive along the line marked and into the grooves of the eps cement sandwich panel.

4. Install the panel
Use guiding rule to check the verticality and leveling correction, use crowbar slightly move and shake the panel after install for ensuring the adhesive firm and even. the panels are glued together more tightly, use steel bar connect the panel with the floor. ( Drill a 3cm hole at the bottom of the floor, nail the wall panel with floor by L shape steel bar.), and put a triangle wood between the panel and ceiling to ensure the panel is firmly fixed.

5. Insert steel bar at the connection of two panels
Insert the steel bar at the connection corner of two panels, to reinforce the strength.

6. Fill adhesive or PU foam
One day later, check the wall, if there are gaps between panels or between panel and ceiling. use the adhesive to fill the gaps, or use PU foam to fill.

7. Insert the wires
Cut grooves by a hand-hold electric saw for wire and switch box. cover the grooves with cement adhesive, after, cover the grooves by anti-crack fiber mesh cloth and mortar.

8. Install anti-crack material
Three to five days after installed the panels, install the anti-crack tape on the joints or install anti-crack fiber mesh cloth on the full wall(two options, anti-crack tape is less cost)

9. Plaster
Do plastering if the wall will be decorated by painting. but if the wall will be decorated by tile , pvc board, wallpaper, or other covered material, no need to make plastering.

10 . Install door and window,Decorate by any kinds of material
EPS cement sandwich panel is suitable to install all types of door and window.Can use ceramic tiles, wood facing panels , PVC sheet, Painting etc… all kinds of material to decorate the wall. No need plastering except painting.
